DP-22
The DP-22 was developed specifically for SDI and TDI vehicles with electronically controlled Bosch VP 37 injection pumps. The DP-22 is extremely compact in size (the size of a small matchbox) and weight. The DP-22 suits some Audi diesel engines prior to the introduction of unit injection. This DPChip like the DP-24 and 25 are quite unique with their ability to be easily adjusted to each individual vehicle. Fitting is usually carried out in 10-15 minutes, and adjustment is done immediately. Like all our products the DP-22 is designed to be installed and adjusted by a person with average mechanical ability or one of our distributors can install it for you.

DP-24
The DP-24 will fit a variety of EFI diesel vehicles prior to Common-rail engines and comes with a simple 'wire in' installation.
The DP-24 was specially developed for vehicles with the electronically controlled Bosch VP 37 injection pumps that were not equipped with the original injection pump plug by the vehicle manufacturers. It covers a range of vehicles, from Alfa 2.5 TD up to the Rover Freelander 2.0 DI and Mitsubishi DiD.
This DPChip, like all DPChip models, is also easily adjustable giving it great flexibility when it comes to customizing it to most engines and applications. As well as all this, this DPChip is an incredible 48x35 mm in size.

DP-25
The DP-25 suits some early Bosch Diesel EFI systems. It enables owners of vehicles such as BMW, Opel, Rover 2.5 TD/S and Renault, Volvo 1.9 TDI, equipped with the Bosch VP 37 injection pump, to fully optimise their fuel injection system.
This DPChip is again very compact. It has matching original manufacturers' plugs on either end for ease of fitting.

DP-27
The DP-27 was specially developed for vehicles with electronically controlled Lucas Epic injection pumps that were not equipped with the original injection-pump plug by the vehicle manufacturer. It covers the entire engine spectrum of the Lucas Epic controllers, such as MB 200 D; Citroen, Fiat, Lancia, Peugeot 2.1 TD; Ford Transit 2.5 TD.

DP-31
This DPChip is extremely compact around the size of a small mobile phone and is used on Common-rail injected diesels such BMW X5 and Mercedes CRD engines. It features a harness with original plugs for ease of fitting and is pre-set to your vehilce by us. Further adjustable tuning is possible, either manually or electronically via lap top tuning (at our premises). This DPChip has several unique features such as the laptop tuning and easy to fit plugs. Fitting takes less than ten minutes on most vehicles.
The DP31 system is designed to work with Common Rail injection systems that use both Magnetic Solenoid controlled injectors and the latest Piezo Solenoid controlled injectors. This style of system of injection system is very old and for example is how EFI petrol cars have operated for many years now by utilising individual electronically controlled injectors with fuel pressure being supplied to all injectors via a common source (fuel rail). Now, the DP31 is actually installed in a series connection situation so signaling is actually running through this style of DPChip. The DPChip DP31 is programmed to read the vehicles ECU signals and determine the engines present operating conditions. The DPChip DP31 makes changes to TWO areas; 1 area altered due to the DPChip is the injector start of injection (timing) and duration of time the injector is open (fuel volume) and the 2nd area altered by the DPChip being fuel rail pressure (fuel volume). These 3 points are altered by the DPChip through Digital signal changes and Voltage changes. This differentiates the DPChip DP31 from European Chips that are either altering fuel rail pressure only for more fuel volume, or by holding the injector open longer for more fuel volume! Not very efficient in any terms.

DP-34
This DPChip is the 'backbone' to our model range and is suited to all the EFI controlled Japanese diesels such as Landcruiser and Patrol and some European diesels such as the Audi All-Road. This unit comes complete with a detachable harness and either a connection to fit to the ECU or wires that attach to your existing wiring harness. Although this DPChip comes already set, it does have the facility to be adjusted, via the 10 position selector or via laptop, to suit vehicle modifications. Installation takes from 20 to 60 minutes and it can be easily installed by people of average mechanical capability, or if you prefer, installation is offered at our distributors. The DP-34 is around the size of a small mobile phone.
The DP34 system is designed to work with High Speed Solenoid controlled injection pumps. For example: the Bosch VP44 injection pump installed on the Nissan Patrol 3 litre. Picture this pump being a bit like a the older mechanical rotary style injection pump but with the levers and buttons being electronically operated.
The DPChip DP34 is installed in a parallel situation downstream of the vehicles ECU. It is because of this style of connection that the DP34 series requires hard wiring in. This is done by a wire clip system down near the injection pump and a few other wires for battery + and - . This DPChip is now looking at the final control signals that are heading from the ECU to the injection pump. The DPChip is specially programmed to read information. Contained in the ECU signals is information such as engine RPM and Load. Upon reading these signals the DPChip acts in milliseconds ADDING additional information to the ECU signals heading to the injection pump. Added to this information by the DPChip are digital signals that will alter the point of injection (timing) and duration of injection (fuel volume).

This DPChip is suited to the Unit Injection as found on the awesome VW Touareg V10 Diesel and others like the Land Rover TD5. The size of a small mobile phone and, model depending, comes complete with original manufacturer's plugs and is easily installed in around 15 - 40 minutes. Once installed it is unobtrusive and original in appearance. The power and torque gains are more than impressive giving incredible performance!
